Arshad Shamsudin Alibhai was born in a business family and understands business well. For some time, he was involved in family business before joining the University of London in June 1995 for a degree in Bachelor of Laws. He later joined the Conveyancing firm of Kimani Kairu and Company Advocates as a pupil in 1998 on completion of his Bar at the Kenya School of Law. He left the firm in 1999 and worked with Rachier and Company Advocates in the Conveyancing and Banking department until September 2000 to join the late Mr. Pabary Advocate as an Associate.
He was admitted as a Company Secretary in the year 2004 and has been practicing under the firm Elegance Registrars since 2006. He has extensive experience in Company Secretarial Services.
Arshad Shamsudin Alibhai holds a Bachelor of Law degree from university of London in the United Kingdom and is also a member of the Law Society of Kenya and a member of Institute of Public Certified Secretaries of Kenya. Arshad is a Certified Professional Mediator and has passion for Mediation.

Michelle is a Manager in charge of company secretarial services at Elegance Registrars. She has eight (8) years of practice experience in company secretarial, registrar, business and legal services having previously worked as a consultant in various legal capacities. In addition, she is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and currently attaining her membership in the Institute of Certified Secretaries.
